'smiling eyes' are arched?
'grinning' means showing teeth? "he he he"
(the teeth are sort of scary, if you look at them)
Circular, Upper Circular Arc, Lower-SemiCircular/ Teeth [Smiling Eyes], [Teeth] "As the name WITH GRIN suggests, utusisi (or usshishi) represents a toothy smile (shaping the mouth to pronounce /shi/). Therefore, the mouth should be revised into the mouth of lower semicircular with bare teeth."

1F5FF (Moyai)
wiki:Moai
A 'moai' is one of 887 rock carvings from Easter Island, made between 1250-1500CE.
The tallest was almost 10m (33ft) high and weighed 82 tons.
They were carved from 'tuff' (compressed volcanic ash).
wiki.jp
The 'Moyai' depicted in this emoji is a unique modern statue about 6ft tall, resembling the moai, facing the southwest exit of Shibuya Station in Tokyo, donated by the people of Niijima Island in 1980. 'Moyai' is a pun on 'moai' and means 'work together' in Japanese.
In 1979, Sergio Rapu Haoa and a team of archaeologists discovered that the hemispherical or deep elliptical eye sockets of the moai were designed to hold coral eyes with either black obsidian or red scoria pupils. Some also appear to have had 'tattoos' carved on them.
